As a NYC writer and photographer, I try to tell the stories that are often forgotten.  The small things that we miss while trying to make our way to work. Some would call what I do Street Photography, Landscape, Travel but none fit yet they all do.

Since my grandmother lent me her Kodak Instamatic Camera as a means to keep me occupied, I have aimed to capture memories that link me to the moments in life that I would have forgotten.

Grandmother used to say, “Todo que se aprende es útil. Uno nunca sabe cuándo se va a necesitar,” Everything you learn is useful because you never know when you will need it. Photography has become a necessary joy that I find I need to remind me about everyday life.
